Power Within (Teen Yoga)

Service Description

Power Within is a female-only yoga and wellbeing programme for girls aged 11–18, supporting emotional resilience, body confidence, and self-worth. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and creative reflection, it offers a safe space to manage stress, build confidence, and connect with peers. Power Within will engage girls through inclusive, trauma-informed yoga and mindful movement sessions that focus on confidence, calm, and self-care. Delivered by trusted female staff, sessions are non-judgemental and welcoming, encouraging girls who may feel excluded from traditional physical activity.
